How to Make it Through A Stressful Week
How do you deal with a really stressful week? When it is hard to stay positive, and your week has turned into a get-me-the-heck-outta-here kind of week, sometimes you need to change things up.
You could always:
- Take deep breaths
- Do yoga
- Phone a Friend
- Go for a Run
- Lift weights. Hard.
- Be grateful for everything going right.
- Call your Mom.
- Delegate.
Or just, be fearless, get up, and dance.
